Customers seeing error messages connection to API or sending messages into the gateway. We started receiving connection errors at 11:10 AM U.S. Central Time (CT) this morning from our API and gateway that connections were refused. We immediately identified the cause of the issue and found a resolution to the problem. This issue was fix and traffic returned back to normal at around 1:30PM U.S. Central Time (CT).
We are continuing to monitor the situation but believe the issue has been fully repaired.
